      Shocked to learn that the fierce tropical cyclone ripped through southern coastal regions of Bangladesh causing grave loss of lives and property, I would like to, on behalf of the Chinese government and in my own name, express to your Excellency and through you, the deep sympathy and sincere condolences to the victims and bereaved families.

      I believe under the leadership of your Excellency and your government, people of Bangladesh can surely conquer the difficulties, restore their normal life and production, and rebuild their beautiful homelands in short term.
