       Shocked to learn that severe flood occurred in Bangladesh causing grave loss of lives and property, I would like to, on behalf of the Chinese government and in my own name, express to your Excellency and through you, the deep sympathy and sincere condolences to the victims and bereaved families. I believe that under the leadership of your government, people of Bangladesh can surely conquer the current difficulties and rebuild their homelands.
