On 26 January 2023, Ambassador Yao Wen attended and delivered a speech at the welcome luncheon hosted by H.E. Majid Halim, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco & Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to Bangladesh. During the welcome luncheon, Ambassador Yao had a cordial conversation with other diplomatic envoys.
